This is a short-ish post about a recent discovery of mine – the cheap Malie Sheet Masks!
My days have been crazy and filled with work, so the last thing on my mind at night during the week is a whole skincare routine with a number of products to put on my face before I go to bed. The answer was….sheet masks!
These are, perhaps, an infinite number of brands out there which have their own sheet masks, and I’ve yet to post a ‘review’ on my Innisfree tea tree sheet masks but, truth be told, if incorporated into a daily skincare routine, sheet masks are expensive!
That is why, whilst I was browsing and stocking up my sheet mask collection on ebay, and came across the Malie sheet masks – 42 masks for a mere $22/£15.20/€20 – I knew I had to buy them! (at least for reviewing purposes)
Some of the ‘types’ of masks are the average which are stocked by other brands – meaning Snail, Cucumber, Green Tea, Aloe Vera, Collagen, Royal Jelly, Seaweed, Red Ginseng, Pearl etc. However, at least for me, there were some which I’ve never come across before such as Snake, Placenta, Stem Cell and Potato!
The ebay seller from where I got the masks writes that:
The product provides enough moisture and nutrition to skin exposed by stimulation from outside, and its active component forms protective coat helps moisture not evaporate to moisturize on your skin. The moisturizer and softener make your skin healthy, energetic and clean with enough moisture and nutrition .
I have to say though that I slept with the Snake sheet mask on my face and I did notice a significant reduction in redness in the morning!! Plus my face felt so moisturised I didn’t even need to moisturise again (or wash my face for that matter, since I had slept with my face facing upwards all night).
Thanks for reading and please drop a comment about your thoughts on these sheet masks or some other cheap sheet masks you’ve tried and recommend! We’re always on the hunt for new products to try and welcome your suggestions!
