This is a short-ish post with some products I’ve hauled, and which may be featured in reviews in the coming weeks/months.
I think you can immediately tell that Jess has had a bit of an influence on me 😉
Since I promised a short-ish post (and since I’m still in the testing zone), I’m not going to go into a lot of detail about these products – those are pleasures to come – but I can still list the products and maybe give some information about them
Skin79 VIP Gold Collection Super Beblesh Balm (BB Cream)
I had been wanting to try a bb cream for ages … and who doesn’t want a korean bb cream which promises to whiten skin, improve wrinkles and also provide you with UV protection?
Innisfree – it’s real squeeze mask – tea tree
The weather here is
hot sauna hot so I tend to pop one of these babies in the fridge before putting my feet up and letting this mask work its magic.
COSRX AHA/BHA Clarifying Treatment Toner
My skin is problematic, so I was looking for something that could help reduce the whiteheads and redness. Jess kept insisting I try a korean skincare brand, so I did some research and found COSRX. This toner claims to
reduce the appearance of whiteheads, blackheads, and blemishes, while cleansing pores.
COSRX AHA 7 Whitehead Power Liquid
With the COSRX toner I decided to also purchase this serum, mostly cause there were a lot of bloggers raving about its effectiveness, and cause I needed something to work on my problems and which didn’t break the bank. This AHA Liquid claims to
resurface the skin and renew the complexion, giving a radiant finish and reduces the appearance of whiteheads.
Does it deliver? Weeeellllllll *hint hint* I think so, as in, I have noticed a decrease in redness and whiteheads
Garnier PureActive Intensive Deep Pore Unclogging Gel Wash
As I’ve said before, problematic skin needs some taking care of, and this cleanser promises to both deeply purify the pores to get rid of all the grime there (yuck) and reduce the appearance of marks. We’ll see about that 😉
L’Oreal Micellar Water
This purchase was a replacement for my Simple Miscellar Cleansing Water (which, by the way, I’m not that fond of). The L’Oreal Micellar Water promises many things, which I’ll quote for you:
A high performance, hypoallergenic (yeyy me) cleansing water:
- So effective, it removes all traces of make-up and impurities with no need to rub or rinse
- So delicate on the skin, it soothes the most sensitive skin
Hmmmm, we’ll see.
Reviews will be up in the coming weeks/months. Any questions or comments please don’t hesitate to insert down below 🙂
